1. Orders
Babygrow will confirm the receipt of your order via e-mail.

2. Shipping and Delivery.
Babygrow will dispatch your order within 5 working days, or within 8 working days in the case of personalized items.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail and give you an estimated availability date. At this time, you may cancel your order and your payment will be refunded.

3. Payment.
Orders are paid for via PayPal. Orders will be shipped on receipt of payment.

4. Return Policy.
You have 15 days from date of delivery to return an item. Items should be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Babygrow will refund the value of the returned items, as long as they are returned in good condition, as outlined above. Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless an item is damaged or faulty.
To return an item, please contact us via e-mail at so that we can assign you a return reference code and inform you of the procedure. We will not accept returns that do not have a return reference code supplied by Babygrow.Unless items are damaged, Babygrow cannot accept the return of personalized items since they have been custom-made for you.

Upon receiving your order from Babygrow, please check that the parcel is not damaged in any way or show signs of being tampered with. In the event that your parcel is damaged, you must immediately inform the shipping company in writing and fill out a damage report, if applicable. Babygrow can only accept returns or exchange damaged items with a copy of the official damage report or other proof of a registered complaint. All items are carefully packaged and mailed in perfect conditions.
